06/12/2020 - Hi App Reviewer! This is an Order Ahead E-Commerce App for a Restaurant Client of ours named Mule Kick who sells, Pizza, Coffee, Ice Cream, etc. It does have Apple Pay and we do present the appropriate Apple Pay Privacy Policy to the User(s) in both the App (under the Terms) and the App Store Privacy Link field.
APPLE PAY - You can find the Apple Pay feature simply by going through the Checkout Process (ie. click the "Order Now" button, select a Category, put an item in your Cart, click the blue Checkout Total button at the bottom, then click the blue Checkout button at the bottom, No Tip then Next (at top right), then you'll see the Apple Pay button, which you can click to see it works and just not actually pay).
BACKGROUND LOCATION TRACKING / GPS - We also noted this in our App Store Description, which is below (for your convenience):
NOTE:: a lot of these features are more Staff/Restaurant based, so it's not like the Customer will see much of anything (as they are being tracked for the purposes of the restaurant to serve them better).
1) Detect how close you are to our location so we can time your Order Pickup perfectly (this is for the Kitchen Staff, so the User will only be able to opt-in or opt-out of this on the My Prefs + GPS page).

2) Help the Restaurant Staff perfectly time how close you are to our location, so we can start to prepare (or finish) your order and keep it as warm as possible when you pick it up or when we bring it up to the Drive-Thru window.

3) Send you Nearby Push Notification Alerts - to let you know when you're near one of our locations or pop-up cafes or farmer's market stands (you'll see a push when you are near the location) with real-time deals, coupons, information, etc.
